honda stanard/hf manifold to adapter plate gasket specs??

does any one have the specs to a honda civic hf/standard exhaust manifold to cat/adapter plate gasket thanks

u want to make a plate yourself?
get a t3 gasket and a hf gasket. get a plate of carbon steel and use the gaskets as guides.

the turbo i have is a Garrett GT25/40R and it is going on a moded zc/y8 vtec civic
