Yea, I too think it would be quite the torquey beast.
505 Performace makes a turbo kit for the truck using a Garret T60 turbo. So something around that size?

Looking at Mega Squirt for tuning actually.

What about a T3/T04E 60 trim with an .63 a/r? or maybe even a .82 a/r?

Also going to run a liquid intercooler to save space. Move my battery and I'll have lots of room.

if you went with something like the AFC you'd need to run almost a double injector, like you would with the AFC hack for hondas.

stock are 19# which is like just shy of 200cc i believe.

so you're gonna need about 400cc of flow, which is around 36# injectors if I remember right, I had this all figured out a while back.

dyno sheet from turbo 4.0 stock to low boost, look at that torque jump. i think this was like 6psi

the guys that do that kit are called 505performance.com. they use the stock exhaust manifold and build a pipe that runs to the other side under the motor and to the turbo. their kit is also non-intercooled.

I'm basing my homemade kit off the 505 performance's kit.

their kit badly needs an intercooler, don't skip that step.

damn that is a nice torque jump but an ic is a necessity if you are gonna have it as your trail truck
