Default home made turbo set up need some help

almost finished with my custom set up on 89 civic si b16a6 and just need a little help.
here are me mods
mistu td-04
1g blow off valve
mistu side mount
450cc injectors
msd btm
vafc
fuel pump 255lph

I plan on running 8psi daily and maybe 10 at the track.
from what i understand I need to run a colder spark plug i think the stock ngk plugs are BCPR6ES-11 how much colder should i go to one degree or two. also what kind of pipes should i use for the charge pipes will radiator hose work and one last question where can i find silicon coupling for cheap every where i looked they were very expensive and I'm on a budget.

I would appreciat any help

any good part store, not pepboys/autozone should know exactly what you mean when you ask for 2 step cooler plugs, customcoach has intercooler piping, mandrel bends. Look around site. General discussion has his site somewhere on first page. Egay if your in no rush.
