I currently have a holset hx40 and i'm using a garrett ,48 turbine side ported to match the hx40 i'm
wonderin what rpm i'll start spoolin that sucker.And i would like to know the pros/cons of this turbo..................... i would like to show some pics but i dont know how to show them

my setup iz
d15b vtec
supra pistons with b16 rods
i currently use the greddy blue box as mangmnt
the car iz a 96 civic coupe

You know when the Turbine is almost the size of 1 of your pistons you ain't gonna spool it before 6500rpm!!!!

Well thanks 4 all the feedback about my turbo so i guess i will not be using this turbo it is now up 4 grabbs or trade 4 something decent i just wanted to try it beacauuse it is brand new and i hate used turbos.If it is not sold i will die trying.

You might try and post it for trade on some of the turbo dodge diesel website (TDR website is the best). I bet somebody would trade you for a hy35w. That is what I did with a hx35w that I had, been running the hy35w for a few years now. It is a decent turbo, still pretty big but it will have a smaller turbine side. About equal to a stage 3 t3 a/r63.
I made 420hp at the wheels with one on a old ford 2.3.
