Default hey guys, i just installed my turbo on my 91crx si...?

my bov which is a greddy type s? i think, is making a pigeon noise, instead of one swooosh noise like i've heard on a website. i'm running 10psi w/turbo edit and a .48/.60 ford snail. is my bov messed up?

maybe try t'ing it off of it's own vacuum source. it sounds like it's not opening at all and you're hearing comp. surge.

ya the fpr is a weak vac source get a vaccum block or tap fromt he brake booster line.

you don't need no stinkin vac manifold. T off the pcv port on the manifold w/"5/16 plastic T or the charcoal emissions filter port. those are strong sources.

PCV is a good spot.Thats where I had mine.

Ive read about people having problems hooking it up to the charcoal can.

the pcv is right under the fuel rail on the intake manifold. it's connected to the im with a 5/15" id rubber hose. the only way people have problems w/vac/boost source form the charcoal canister is if they connect the T after some small plastic box that's by the fuel rail. if you T before the small plastic box then it works flawlessly, connect the T where there isn't anything else connected between the T and the manifold.
