Bringing up the FMU thing was my bad, didnt mean to confuse you, I forgot that you are using 440 cc injectors instead of 310 cc injectors like my setup. You can see how an FMU would be useful in that setup.

The stock o2 sensor position is in the exhaust manifold (at least on my car), so no you can't use that if you are swapping for a turbo manifold, which I hope you intend to do. You will need to get a mani or downpipe with an o2 bung welded into it. If yours doesn't include one, you can buy one online like at http://www.burnsstainless.com/Hardwa...-o2-rings.html and get it welded into your dp.

I think he was aking if he would use the o2 housing that bolts to the turbo, not the o2 housing in the factory downpipe of a Honda. You can use the o2 housing that bolts to the turbo, it will look like ---- but you can use it. I would recomend fabrication if you are worried about looks. Its hard to weld to different metals together :P

Having the larger injectors is the reason behind not having an FMU.
FMU = get more fuel into the cylinders by means of higher fuel pressure.
Larger Injectors = much more fuel at a lower pressure.
You don't need both.

450's + S-AFC should be safe for 10 psi max. Again, SAFE.

As for the downpipe, if you are not using the stock DSM T25 adapter to downpipe piece all you really have to do is buy a t25 exhaust housing flange then have it welded to the downpipe and bolt everything up. An exhaust shop should be able to do all that for you.

Check out this piece I found on DSM trader. It has a bung for an 02 sensor and everything..

so basically if i get the t25 o2 housing that will work fine then just have a custom downpipe made...right?

If the 02 housing fits with your engine I don't see why not.
