This guy is selling this manifold on Ebay for 200 bucks, all it is is the stock manifold with a T-3 flange welded onto it.

What do you guys think about welding to cast iron? Will it be strong? When I do it, all I'm going to do is lay a big fat mig weld over it, inside and out!

hmmm I have a stock Toyota turbo manifold in my shed...the header flange looks the samem but it will only bot on to a CT20 with a square flange and and the inside part is also square...just like the CT26 only the CT20 turbine inlet is square without the split in it

I like the idea. I might try this too, but im not a great welding expert so I have no clue if it will hold up. Anybody wanna tell us if it will work?

I'm doing some crazy stuff with my setup to.
I'm using my stock ZC manifold to mate with the turbo.
I'll make a lot of pics

Yeah, when I do this (hopefully this weekend, if I get my flange) I'll be out there with my Digicam for sure. Nothin' like a $20 turbo manifold!

It will hold up so long as you weld it correctly.

I have an extra manifold from a grand am that came with my engine from the junkyard. I will probably use that to fit a T3 flange

Only thing with mine though is that I have to reroute the exhaust flow to down instead of to the side. I dont think it will be a problem though

Do you have a quad-4 in that car? Those engines are weird.... No spark plug wires, anyone?

Only the 95 and older versions are called the "quad 4" but they are almost identical except we have .1 extra litre and balance shafts to stop the bad vibrations they were known for....its now called the 2.4 Twin Cam

Yes its pretty weird though, Distributorless ignition and we dont have spark plug wires but we do have spark plug boots. Our Id cover has the coil packs underneath it that slide into the boots.

Anyways I just put all the stock body parts on the car and put it on the road. I had to due to an unexpected accident with my truck and I'm really impressed with the 2.4 even with my auto its very peppy.
