Here is what I intend on. A quick looksy/advice?
14b turbo 150
Manifold - log? 300
Intercooler w/ piping 300
BOV 150
BOV Flange 20
Charge Piping 2" 100
450cc injectors 75
ECU P75 OBD-1 80
Oil Lines 100
Boost Guage 50
Vacume Lines 10
Couplers Clamps 75
Tuning 300
SRP Rods and Pistons 700
8.7 comp
D16y8 transmission 160
TOTAL: Around $2570
Do these figures seem pretty much on the money?
The engine to be installed to is a d16y7. I am aware of the restrictive intake manifold(would replace later). The tuning listed above would be through a local performance shop which I'd imagine would have a tuning program already and could figure out how to interface with the p75. So, my question is, if I did have this set up, what kind of numbers would I realistically be seeing, and what kind of a quarter mile would I expect(my sedan weighs 2470lbs or so). I hear a lot about how a good tune means everything, but mechanically speaking what would the reliability of my engine be sitting at and theoretorically what would be the most power to hope for with those internals?
I've run a compression check, the engine was rebuilt about 40k ago is still running strong and all cylinders after rebuild were around 190psi compression.
I'm really asking because after the research I've done I still have some questions which I haven't been able to find that solid of an answer on considering my set up is different than some I've seen. I realistically want this for a daily driver, I want the fast spool so I can pounce without the turbo lag, I don't mind the last 1000rpm's are said to be out of the 14b's range of peak power. I want the car to run a 14.1 on my BFGoodrich gForce KDW NT's. It'd be nice to aim for that goal without totally breaking my budget.
Another rather pressing issue would be the question: If when emissions time comes since I'm using all OBD2 equipment via the OBD1 adapter harness, would I be able to pop my old original OBD2 ecu in, replace the injectors back to stock, lower the boost to almost nothing, and still pass emissions? I mean, all sensors and such would still be in place and in OBD2 style. Would this rollback system work?

Yea the price seemed huge to me too. That money would be 3-4 months worth of my summer @ 50hrs a week while still being able to afford a thing I call survival. lol.
I would totally be down for coming out to your place to get the hook up, but I live in Portland, OR. yea...lol. Anyway, for ***** and giggles here is a pic of the car right now,

Dood, most likely you will get this damn car terboed and after like a month of ------- with it you will finnally get it running how you like it. Then you will take it to the track and run a 16.10 and hate life. Or worse, it will puke a transmission or something stupid will happen like a goose runs out on the track and you smash it at 80mph and ---- up the whole front of your car and then skid out of control into the car next to you and.....
Or, you will get it tuned and feel like it is fast as hell, till some punk in a turbo Metro smokes your *** in front of all your friends. Then you will hate life some more.
Don't worry about 0 to 60 or ET's or trap speeds if you ar poor (like almost all of us). Just focus on getting a turbo car running that doesn't leak too much and can safely get to the grocery store and back. Seeing as how your car is actually nice and worth a few bucks, I would concentrate on stability and reliability. If it was a disposable $500 junker, then I would say "go for the gold", but nice cars are easier to screw up than keep nice.
