So call it whatcha want, but the flange inlet is still a t3 style. I'll give you an example, look at DSM turbos, Both share the same exhaust housing (designed by mitsu) but in the later on years 2g dsm the Garrett T25 center section was added. If it was a true t25 if would have the oddball style inlet flange.

Reguardless of what it is, the ------- thing is hagered like hell, Wtf happened to the inlet bolts, looks like a beaver chewed them off hah ;)

OH man, now im confused. So its got a t25 center carterage and compressor, with t3 exhuast houseings, does that mean i have to buy a t25 rebuid kit, or do i have to get the t3 kit or are both kits the same???

Anyways, yeah its haggered but it wasnt like i payed an arm and a leg for it, i was more helpin out a buddy than worried about getting the best deal.

besides i can weld, and i have acess to any kind of welding macheine needed so im gonna weld it up wont take but 5 minutes.

Thanks for the help 8)!!

contact www.mjmturbos.com in that picture (shown above) that I posted it looks identicle to the turbo you have minus the 2 inlet flange bolts. Ask them, they should have rebuild kits or know where to get them for your turbo.

no it's a t25 with a t3 bolt pattern.
like the mitsubishi te-05 they switched to at one point which has the t3 bolt pattern.

ok boss man,the turbine inlet is "t3" style but its phisycally smaller than a t3 ???.Ill call it what the manufacturer calls it wich is a t25.Ill post up some picts and show you the difference between a t3 flange and the one on this little guy....I wouldnt want to be talking out of my ass ::)

Re:Help Identify New Turbo

OK, so basically its a t25 turbo but instead of makeing a whole new turbo they went with the t3 flange to keep things simple, im guessing anyways. So can i upgrade to a t3 turbo if i decide to build a manifold? If not ill just use the adapter plate that was with it and a std or hf manifold.

Anyways, ill call or email www.mjmturbos.com and hopefully thell have some more information for me.

Thanks for the help ;D

Re:Help Identify New Turbo

Sean, like I said before I have that same turbo and a manifold with a t3 flange. The flange on the turbo is a smaller version of a t3 flange so it wont work.Your best bet is to go with an adapter like you said.

Good luck.
