between the bumper support and intercooler plate is gorilla glue, crazy storng glue. The zip ties are not really needed but hey it's not like you see them after the bumper is on and a little extra protecion is not gonna hurt any. Besides, zip ties on a homemadeturbo site should be normal

 

zipties work fine, mine is ziptied, the chargepipes hold it in place to

 

your throttle cable is loose because your throttle plate is jamed open, pull off the charge pipe and look in there :P
