HELP, cars gone crazy after install

This afternoon I finished the install of my turbo. Everything seemed fine and so I started it up. When I start the car the cars rpms climb and starts to go to 5k! My throttle cable I noticed it really loose but was not touched since the start of the install. I am running a custom setup w/ uberdata. Help plz!

Reset the ECU back to stock or close to it temporarily and see if it idles alright. If so then you know theres something wrong with the program. That would be my guess.

1997 ex
d16y8
custom manifold
t3/t4 turbo
custom oil lines
custom 2.5charge pipes
custom 3 downpipe
450cc
38mm tial wastegate
greddy knockoff
6" intercooler bought off this site

it's not the vac. lines im check just about all of them.
my throttle cable seems to be extremly loose but I can only figure it was like that since I have not touched it since I started installing this turbo kit onto my car.
I was kinda stressin earlier ill switch back the stock injectors and ecu after dinner see how it goes. I'm just glad I bought a .2 and a .8 spring for my wastegate so atleast my car wont see tooo much boost if I try and drive it under the 4k line ???

Now I'm a big fan of zip ties, but ----! It's still gonna move around and cause wear on anything attached, mostly couplers. Who knows, might last 5 years how it is. I would still feel better bolting it in, spend 10 minutes and get it done right.
