20 psi is a lot of freakin boost, to run that your gonna have to get those darton forged cylinder sleeves-very expensive, foraged pistons and rods-very expensive, some type of programmable ECU-expensive, for 20 psi u gotta run race gas all the time-very expensive.

I'm not trying to disrespect what you just said "anothercivicsi", because it's all true. But to run 20psi you don't really need sleeves. On our single cam race car we run stock block bored .020 over and just an STR block guard, and we've been running 28psi to that motor for over a year now. No problems at all. But that Accel DFI definatly has something to do with it.

i posted a ls block... it was a pain. have someone weld in a blockguarg for you... use one with larger coolant passages, and have it one prior to the machine work to accept the toughend internals. its cheaper and better than the posts

How is it better than the posts? Can you give us some insight?

It seems to me that with the right tools posting a block shouldn't be very hard. Cutting through some of the external webbing to drill looks like a PITA if you don't have the tools.

the welding was a real pain... but i think Abaz;s are epoxied.it wasnt that hard to dril it, but if you do post it the block should be machined afterward, to compenstae for the way it can distort the cylinder bore.
