yup, that's about as ghetto as when I tried to rig a leaf blower tip to my bov to give it the trumpet affect... didn't work and ended up just gettting a turbo xs that turns heads everywhere. I had this one construction worker stand up while working on the roof and turned and almost fell off the side

 

if you have a small bov you could use one of those siren whistles that makes a high pitched whizzzzzz noise

 

some local club guys here put a duck call on their bov. funny as hell when driving past people.
