does the diameter of the wastegate stay pretty consistent all the way through or does it bend and all that crazy shiet.

I got the deltagate to work up to 8-10psi and no creep. I've heard they've had a bad wrap... Mine worked fine though.

This one comes out 2 inches and then it 90 degrees towards the floor for about a foot, but the diameter seems uniform.
Should it be pipped back onto the downpipe or it doesn't matter?

PS Nice video man.

I wouldn't think that it would matter. Lots of people just run it out it in th engine bay. They say they haven't had any problems. But if you plumb it back to the downpipe it keeps your engine bay cleaner and motor mabey quiter. Who knows. I have never heard of a turbo smart wastegate though. Sounds cheap.

Turbo smart came on some of the turbo kits. Not the best but not the worst thing to have. I should still work fine. I'd personally cut that stupid 90 degrees off it is ia SHARP 90. If its a mandrel bend type of a 90 it should be ok but the if its a 90 degree bend where it literally IS a 90 with sharp angles cut that scuker out. It doesnt matter if u weld it into the downpipe or not.

This thing was a NASTY SHARP 90 home made pipe.
I'm in the process of replacing that with a nice bended pipe that goes back into the downpipe.
I just think that the exhaust in the downpipe may help dump the carge going out the waste gate.

Sharp 90 degrees blows. See if that helps any.
