BAWAHAHAH!!!

LOL. Anyway, looks like it's missing part on the hot side for the flapper. If it's internally gated. My Volvo turbo has the 5 bolt which sports a seperate piece containing the interal WG flapper. I don't know if CHRYSLER's have those or not. Just looking out for the guy, ya know?

30 minutes to drill out all the broken bolts from a junk chrysler turbo is optimistic. just as optimistic as finding a chysler turbine that is not cracked all the way through the wastegate hole!!

the outlet isnt the standard 5 bolt. i tried both garrett and turbonetics flanges on mine and it was off.

I'm taking the two junk Chrysler T3's I have, along with a rebuild kit, and making one good one. I tore apart one of them today at work. DEFINATELY use a torch to heat up the cast turbine section before even trying to remove the bolts. Both of mine have broken bolts I have to deal with, but heat is good. I got the turbine housing off the centersection without any problem with my good buddy, the oxy/aceteleyne torch. The broken bolts for the 02/wastegate housing, however, are gonna be a -----.

I have a few of these chrysler turbos in stock, I just checked and you guys are right.
Both the INLET and the OUTLET are ODD on this damn chrysler turbine.
The outlet flange is kind of narrower. Standrd 5 bolts swingvalve housings don't fit, which makes this turbo a bitch to work with. Here's a picture just for the sake of documenting our ----.

CHRYSLER TURBINE.......................vs.................. .....STANDARD TURBINE
