ok like the title says im going to go look at a garret t3 turbo. what do i look for? how do i tell what the a/r compresor size and the a/r turbine size and any other things i need to look for.

feel the fins to see if theres shaft play. does it wiggle, does the fins have chips on them is there built up oil. and ya i think most turbos will say on there what size they are at least mine does. besides that im not sure what else to look for.
