Clocking an IHI VF39(STI turbo)

Hey guys has anyone gone about clocking a VF39 or other subaru turbo before? There is a little clamp for the turbine housing i took off, but that thing is practically welded on. It is gonna need some serious pb blaster and hammering. and I unscrewed the bolts from the compressor housing and i cant get that to move at all. Any idea why the comrpessor housing will not move?

heat it up with an oxy torch then carefully use a hammer. btw if it doesnt come off even u will chip your wheels

why would it chip the wheels, are the ceramic?

what about the compressor housing? That is what is puzzling me. I know the turbine will be stuck, but after taking the bolts out of the compressor housing it still wouldnt budge. Doesn't look seized up or anything.
