I have two turbo ls setups, One of my b18b setup consist of shitbird mani with mitsu flange. I dunno from everyones expierince with this turbo on there b18b at 10psi, but anyway the car doesn't seem too pull like I expected too. I get 10 psi by 3k and it holds all the way too redline but power stays the same or like i'm driving the ls all motor? heres a quick rundown on setup, rebuilt 14b,4500's,uberdata (tuned on wb) 2" dp, intercooled,. I have no boost leak anywere so i'm almost positive its just the turbo not being efficient, but who knows. what I wanna know is what turbo upgrade will match this motor or equivilent too my t3 48/60 on my other setup?

 

Is it really that slow? whats your base timing at? How well is this thing tuned? What map are you running?

You should be making over 200whp and over 200wtq

 

something must be off cause your midrange should be a killer with that turbo then stays flat till redline. maybe your small 2" downpipe is hurting it,maybe needs better tunning.that turbo is a little on the small side but not that small its still a .42/.48,remember dsm guys max out this turbo at 300whp and they are 2.0 motors.

 

Could be that he's running sissy boy timing :P

 

it has too be timming, its very conservative, i once blew ringlands on 3 cylinders b4 with afc hack spiking on me, and i'm a lil affraid it'll blow again..i'll adjust my timing again. and let ya know
