gauges, oil temp or oil pressure?
gauge issues, at least now i know where i'm buying htem from and which ones i need. www.westach.com
so i've got my gauges picked out, problem is, theres 4 of them. Vac-Boost 30 IN Hg Vac - 0 -16psi, EGT 700-1700F, Oil Temp 0-200F, Oil Pressure 0-100psi
but heres the real problem, i dont have room for 4 gauges, realistically i can pull off three without having issues. so out of those four what are the absolute necesities. vac/boost is a must, EGT isn't going anywhere, so its down to either oil temp or oil pressure. whats more problematic that would need an eye kept on?
i've been doing a lot of reading and from what i've found people have more problems with oil temp than oil pressure but hell i dunno myself so thats why i'm asking. btw i'll be running t3 60 60/63 which is water cooled as well so i'm thinking oil temp wont be a big deal but i still dunno.
also, how much should the senders cost for the gauges, guy i'm buying em from sells em seperately and it adds 60 bucks to the total, which isn't horrible but just wondering how other companies do it.

I'd say if it were a track car, which is going to be beaten on for extended periods, I'd get the oil temp. Otherwise, I'd get the oil pressure gauge.
I suggest also getting a Stealthmode oil pressure regulator. I was a bit skeptical of it, but it took care of my turbo's smoking problem

yeah man deffinetly oil pressure. i would rather know if my car has oil in it/how much oil going to the turbo, wrather then know if its hot...

id say oil pressure. Temps hardly get out of hand. and if they do your temp gauge for coolant will show the change anyways.
