jeff i made 206 whp and 186 wtq at 9 psi on a 42/48. on a 98 degree 95% humidity day. on a cool night the car made almost 11 psi, felt like a ------- train pulling me. HAD TO have been making 230 whp on a cool night, cause it would hold 11 psi.

i miss that thing

With those small turbo's you need to much boost to make 300 whp..those are rated at 300-350 engine hp at there max not at 8 psi

Id go with something like a 57-60 trim t3/04e with like 63 exhaust hosing and 50 or bigger compressor housing. 48 ar is to small for the dohc 2.2

I have a t3/04e 57 trim stage three wheel 48/50 ar. f22b1 full boost by 3500, max hp at right around 6000 260 WHP/270 TQ at 10 PSI on a conservative tune. Great power everywhere.... Dont go to big, a broad powerband and smooth but violent torque curve are lots of fun!!!,

being that the hs22 has a higher operationl rpm range, id go with the bigger ex housing (63) mine pulls hard as hell till like 6200. But you need that extra 1000 rpms.... JMHO

.63 compressor with a turbine ranging anywhere from .70-.90 1.xx is getting to big and wont really spool till upper rpms, unless thats what you want. also, doing some headwork will help spool those big turbines.
