I got an intercooler that came in a kit that was put together by a friend, its a drag intercooler and the core measures 22x6.5x2.25, is that big enough for 250-300whp?

well it looks pretty good, got some bent fins on it, general rocks hitting it i suppose, i just wanted to make sure it would be suffcient for my goal
