i got this garrett m24 a/r .80 for like next to nothing. what the hell did it come off of? i know the a/r .48 came off of the nissans i think but i have no idea what this came off of. can i make decent power with this? i have a built d16y8 in a crx and im gonna be runnin a little bit of spray and slicks. would i be able to hit 12's with this setup?

 

I am curious as to what this turbo came from also. A buddy of mine just picked one up and the guy h bought it from told him it was a stock turbo from a front drive SR20DET. I tried doing a littl google-ing but I did not get much.

 

is'nt most garrett turbos has M24 stamped on the compressor cover? I think so! so you probably have a t4 turbo.

 

thats what a friend of mine thought but its pretty small. my old t3 compressor housing is quite a bit bigger. but the compressor housing on this m24 is pretty thick for a small turbo.
