i would be bad to have your VTEC on all the time. VTEC would bog hella bad at low RPM. Its made for 5500 RPM +.

 

I think toda makes it, but it replaces your lifters(the three things that your cams make contact with. on a forced induction car it can really help smoothe the power curve.

Is this for a full drag car? Toda has a vtec killer cam that only has high cam lobes.. This is to reduce weight since they build high rpm race engines that don't need any power below 7000rpm. Vtec is so good because it gives you good power down low and good power up top because of the two different cam profiles.

 

isnt the whole purpose of vtec is to make a car have a little more umph without sacrificing fuel economy? Correct me if i'm wrong but all it does is just make the cam more agressive?

thats for single cam for dual cam vtec its got a contraption called variable induction majigy for more low end tourque if i am not mistaken

 

hook the vtec wire to the (+) battery terminal on your car, pow instant full time vtec. no low end, runs rich as hell before 5k rpm, and gets bad gas mileage. what a good idea

Get a Fields VTEC Controller.... you can set it real low.. so its on whenever you go
