Re: Full Throttle Shifting

unplug the wires from the back of you clutch petal.
run a switch between them.
turn it on to start your car turn off after.

your revs will drop slower between gear in a dd setting. O0

no ---- ? thanks dude.

whats the reason for the slower rpm drop ?

ill try this once i get rolling again. :)

also, does it matter where the wires on the switch go ? as in source/power ?

========plug /cut/ first wire--------12v switch--------second wire
DONE!
2 wires that go to the plug behind the clutch.
cut them and then put a switch in between them.
nothing more nothing less.

Re: Full Throttle Shifting

Your ecu retards timing when the clutch switch is on.
replace the clutch switch with a on off switch and no more retard at wot.
leave the switch off unless your trying to start you car.

I cant explain it any better. :-\

Thats what I was thinking. From the time I leave the light I dont lift my right foot off the floorboard untill I get to the other light!!!!!

Re: Full Throttle Shifting

you don't need no special switch. all you need is a regular momenatry switch.
I used my cruise control switch, the one that is connected to the clutch pedal, in the s300 you can invert the input to switch from normally open to normally closed.
