Default fuel

I know that psi doesn't always mean everything, but rather the volume of air and I was wondering about fmu's. I was running an 8:1 fmu on an h22a with a straight t3 and I was running quite rich. I was also getting a lot of black soot on my back bumper. Anyway, I switched to a 5:1 jrsc fmu and I was still running rich but this was with that shitty manifold I had and I was leaking a lot of exhaust gas. I just wanted to get people's thoughts about running the 5:1 fmu with an inline fuel pump and running about 9-10 psi from the t3. The t3 is off of a merkur and has a .60 compressor a/r. Thanks guys.

Do you know what the h22 injectors flow at for sure? just curious.. I have heard rummors fo 345 or so. Lots of guys on civics run 12:1 and 8:1 fmus on their setups and still run lean with stock 240cc injectors.

My injectors are around 330. The 5th gen ludes are just under 300, somewhere at like 270-290. Yah, I have read a lot of guys running lean with 8:1's as well, but that's with using a t3/t4 and why I'm wondering about the volume of air that my t3 will produce. I know that it won't rival that of a t4 compressor and that's why I think I won't need as much fuel.

hey, thanks mike!! So 325 huh? So with a 5:1 fmu and a small t3, I should be supplying enough fuel then!
