good luck, maybe you should take this to the shop?
edit: oh yeah, when you thought it was leakin from other places, that black box was the pcv box. the fluid just dripped onto that and then came off the bottom. if you're gettin antifreeze out of the pcv box, you're fucked, time to rebuild the engine
