I'm using the stock header with an adapter extension with the turbo flange on the end and a regular t3.
Never took pics of it though.

I know that it takes a good bit to break 200whp with that engine if its the same block as my probe 2.0. I know some guys who are running 10psi on a $4500 setup and only get like 180whp. I think that was with an AF ratio of 11:1.

Man that sucks. Thats my buddy who posted this thread, hes gonna be bummed that it takes so much cash just to get to 200 hp, but what can ya do. Maybe thats why so many of them go with JRSC.

I dont know how the heads are on those Zetec's are though. They might flow better than my FS03. There are guys that break 200whp but they are using standalone and eventually blow the motor up. They just arent made that good for boost and are really expensive to get aftermarket forged internals for.

Mine makes 218hp and 230tq at only 8psi so it doesnt
take much to break 200hp with it unless you use the JRSC wich sucks *** and can barely make over 170 with an upgraded pulley. It's all in the tuning.
And for your friend theres also a new tuning option coming out fully programable and it's only $299. Controls timing and fuel, it's called Sniper tuner or something like that.
Should be out in less than 3 months.

The ford probe is actually a Mazda, not a ford.
The Ford Zetec is quite a good engine.
