Why not increase the fuel pump size then re-jet the carb

but then again why would we want to tune a turbo setup

done correctly, no need to rejet the carb, part of the beauty of pressurizing the whole carb......

On a Holley, the power valve has to be changed and pump cam changed along with running a 50cc "Reo" pump, maybe bigger squirters......

and I just went way over alot of heads there.......

not at all. you have to re-drill the PV passages slightly larger (boost enrichment), if you don't remove it. removing the PV will require jetting, ballpark figure of 8 to 10 sizes larger. and bone, you know they make adjustiible meter blocks for holleys? one screw turn and you adjust primary, and one for secondaries. also... i snapped a 850 DP for scrap tin weight at the yard the other day dual 50cc ftw!
