oh ----, you got that JDM y7, them things last forever on boost, i think they like untuned boost, makes them stronger or something. i wouldnt even waste the money on an FMU.

i ran on a fmu for 5 months and worked great on 6-8 psi and then i got a tune with 450s and omg can you say more power

daily driven, the first time i raped it hard it kicked a rod out! then i put a d16a6/z6 in it and got my ecm pimped by projekteg and some 450's and never looked back!! projekteg FTW!!!!111!!

well if the timing on the car is perfect stock, would it be any different when the turbo is installed?

OF COARSE YOU WANT TO RETARD TIMING IN BOOST.... i think you definately need to postpone any plans of boosting until you fully understand everything, or have the money to do it right and pay to have it tuned.
