do you guys run lightened flywheels? is there any improvement or should i stick with stock?91 4dr integra(heavy as hell)

not sure about this one but i would think you would want to keep the heavier flywheel to give you more load on the engine at lower rpm's to spool the turbo. not really sure though

there has always been mixed opinions on this matter... i couldnt tell you witch is better

I like that my car revs faster, but a lot of people say the heavier flywheel has more rotating mass. Lighter means it slows down quicker. Heavier means is slows down slower.

Or something-something... :P

quicker acceleration...quicker deceleration. i like mine. better torque...less rotating mass. i still spool up quick.

id go for lighter.....once your clutch is out your car is the mass not the flywheel. so shave that bitch like a lamb that owes you money!! >:D

word... i like my 8lb flywheel... revs super quick and on top of the weight savings, i dont have an extra 15lb of rotating mass to accelerate too
