do what everyone told you run the stock ecu with stock injectors and see how it runs just dont try to run the piss out of it as it will be leaning out in boost..if it runs good then its a problem within your tune/ecu/timing its the easyest step for you to take instead of spending all your money on parts you dont need so go do that then come back and tell us how it ran..

Your symptoms definitely point toward the timing being off. The fact that you swapped a different dizzy on it points to that even more. Also, it's probably worth doing a boost leak test because if you had a major leak it would also have some of those symptoms you were describing. What I've found is that most of the time people with boosted cars that have problems it's because of something aftermarket they installed that isn't correct.

Well turns out, i'm an idiot. Two plug wires were crossed, after taking off the valve cover and double checking the timing belt, i jumped online and checked the firing order, i had 3 and 2 crossed. Took it for a rip and it works fantastic, can't get traction in 1st or 2nd gear. I hooked the wastegate actuator back up as to not blow it up, so i'm only getting 6psi, but it works very very very well even at such low boost. I'm getting a hiccup at full boost around 6-7k rpm, and also if i let off the throttle it jerks a little bit, but that's just minor ---- that i can worry about later when i pick up my lc-1 and hopefully get datalogging figured out. I'd post vids, but my downpipe snapped at a weld just before i pulled into my driveway, looks like i need to learn how to weld better. I'll be sure to get some as soon as i've got it fixed.

Glad to hear that.

Simple at crossing plug wires.

Boost is wonderful. Enjoy! :o

like everyone said, always check the basics

its easy to overlook something as simple as wires, cuz your thinking..."how could i ---- that up" & move onto something else

we've all been there

now fix your DP & take some new ripper vids :y
