I know i've got no exhaust leaks, and i've tested the wastegate with my air compressor and it seems to open and close freely( i originally thought it might be binding as well as i had to bend it to get the appropriate legnth). As for tuning, i realize i need to tune it, which is kinda why i was asking about how to install that adapter, i just need to know if it's still compatible with Turboedit as i already have it assembled, just not installed. If i have to try something else i will.

Turbo is fine, as i said it ran in a friends car with no issues, however he used an aftermarket external wastegate

For datalogging, look into one of the USB datalogging cable + header kits from Xenocron.

Ok, so i haven't made much progress, other than fixing a small leak on my ssautocrap manifold and fxing the vaccum line on my BOV, still even without the hose attached to the wastegate i can't get anymore than 6 psi and it's still slower than it was before the turbo.

Maybe i'm retarded, but the car has been sitting for a few years, stored inside the whole time, and i put in 91 Octane before i put it away, is it possible that it could just be bad fuel making it run so poorly? It seems to idle fine and doesn't run rough or anything, it just doesn't have any power.

Couple ideas I could think of at the moment.

Check intake charge pipes and B.O.V. to make sure they aren't leaking.

Check all vacuum lines. You could be running rich with just one vacuum line unplugged. Happened to me, and it ran pig rich. Or maybe you need to tune it through your software. I'd start with the basics first.

Maybe try making a manual boost controller for the waste gate.

Is your waste gate adjustable? Shorten the rod if you can.

Also, good quality pics posted could help. Maybe someone on here can pin point a problem.

Ok, I filled it with 94 Octane fuel, and fucked with my maps a little more, now i'm getting 10psi, at about 7k RPM. It still runs like ---- tho, seems to take forever to rev, and is still slow as ---- until i get over 5psi. Here are some pics and i took a couple vids of the car running, with the camera pointed at the Tach and boost guage, maybe someone can notice something that i can't.
