The 91 octane graph looks like you didn't hit boost till like 5k RPMs. How big is this t3/t4 your using? on a b20, a t3/t4 should make more than 130 hp/tq at 5000 RPMs.....

Water/Meth injection is a proven winner, but what you're talking about is like E85 but instead with Meth? I have to agree, the chart does look fishy. Why not just run E85 and call it a day, or just run a water/meth injection setup? You can still run more advanced timing with both of those, E85 does need a much richer afr than the water/meth style though. I myself would rather go with the W/M injection and crank it to nog boost.
