seriously though, its not a social occasion is it? its a tech sharing thing, hence the forced induction section. you wont find me in "general discussion" very often because i just dont give a ---- whos ******** who or whatever todays hot topic is.

fact is, its not bad for the engine to rev out to redline, and the dude posted that it was. i corrected him, you felt upset about that. diddums for you.

haven't you read "BELOW AVERAGE IQ: A CLOSER LOOK AT THE WORLD THROUGH THE EYES OF RETARDS."

in chapter 4 it clearly states that running a car to redline = death.

either there was sarcasm here, or you have less clue than you think you do ;-)

tell that ---- to my ex-rb20de that spent more time above the red mark than below it.

also, tell that to bdvt who spends a lot of time on the limiter :-) i was telling him that its a bad idea. running it to redline is not, holding it there under no load is. holding it there under load is only a plan with sufficient cooling power which most cars just dont have.

You need to do something about a PCV setup. It looks like you connected the PCV back to the vacuum line with that T?

Nah you need to take out the valve and hollow it out, or replace it with a hollow elbow or something of the like.

Unless that's what you mean by open.
