No offence, BUT the welds look a bit suspect. They appear concave in the pics, which is bad. How was the mani welded? Did you leave the appropriate gap between the pipe so you got full penetration? If so did you purge weld it? I know you're a noob to welding but you are selling these as a professional quality manifold, I think you may need some more practice.

At the extension welds to the flange I ended up making full penetration but wasnt purging so it was sugaring on the enside so I ended up haveing to grind the 100% penetration smooth on the enside. Those welds are not concave they are flat, and the welds for the small extention at the collector to the 90's on the outside runners I turned down the amps so I wouldnt get 100% penetration but still did but it is a lot cleaner at those.
Yes I am still fairly a new at welding and actually am planning on taking college classes this coming Jan. but I still gaurantee my manifolds and have not had a single bad one yet, even with welds 10x uglier than these.
Do rember it isnt how the welds on a manifold look, it is how good it preforms.

Well, I guess if function is all you care about than that is fine, I like both form and function so I strive for welds like the Lovefab mani, but to each his own. I still don't know how if you penetrated on some welds how you could grind it? Some of those welds would be impossible to get at on the inside meaning if you did penetrate you have globs of "sugar" obstructing flow. You should learn how to purge, it will pay huge dividends in finish, quality and flow. And it's really not that hard. As far as performance, do you sell equal length manifolds?

Dude I strive to make better welds also, if you would have seen any of my other manifolds you would know that this is 1000x nicer. And trust me there is always a way that you can go about grinding the crud out. At the moment I dont have a dual regulator nor do I have a second regulator and tank, all I have is a t and I dont like using it because it is not very precise. I know it makes a nicer weld but I have to turn up my cfm to 30 and hope the t only takes half of the gas away from my torch when I usually only use 20cfm to weld with.
