i might suggest using a different grade of ss piping. that 304 stuff isnt the best. the 304 is a little ruff. there are different kinds that are smoother and look better too

 

My new manifolds use mandrel bends

 

heres what i did to the manifold that i got from you. see what i mean by the wastegate dump hitting the compressor housing. acutally i doubt a wastegate would even fit on there

 

lol the way I made that manifold was so that you put the downpipe on the drivers side and the compressor on the passanger side. It isnt my fault if you dont know how it is supposed to go.

there is no way its supposed to go...maybe he didnt want to put the dp on the driver side. thats a bitch.

 

I didnt mean to sound like a jerk when i said that but he cannot complain about the manifold when he put the turbo on the way it wasnt designed to be put on.
