i didnt make the intercooler, aluminum is still a bit to much for my skill level.

Those look nice guys.

I will post some pics up of my water to air chiller and my custom dsm unit once I have them ready. The dsm one will be a front mount using three first gen cores.. The water to air will be two saab cores welded front to back and plated over.

Beau I know what you mean about aluminum being a pain. Best advice I ever got was clean it really well.

Wow, nice manifold !!!!!
Maybe it's a good idea to build a support from the turbo to the engine, because it looks like that turbo is pretty far from the block. Wonder if that manifold is going to be able to hold it there when it get's hot.

where do you guys get the flanges and collectors etc. to weld custom manifolds?

Hey have you tried turning the turbo flange so that the compressor is facing the front of the car?

 

i was going to do that but my poser compresser inlet would look like ---- that way.
