What does that have to do with knowing whether they are Mitsu turbos or not? All he did was specify a variant of a mitsu turbo. since there are multiple MHI 16g's.

As for the Evo3 16g, it is relativly easy to make 300whp on pump on a 2.0 4g63. I'm not sure how it will behave on your B16 since I don't have any experience with honda. I would assume with the nice head design and the high rpm with a b16 that it wouldn't be too hard to make 300 either.
