here I wish someone would have done this more me when I first started, and I'm still a newbie too, but this is what I have for my d16Z6..putting it on right now
-turbo
-Home made manifold, (metal gaskets between turbo and Manifold and turbo an Down Pipe)
- down pipe
-gasket between dp and cat.
-intercooler and piping and silicone hoses (x6) x1 2" and x5 2.5"
- bov
-vacum hoses and t's to hook up bov and boost gague
-boost and oil press gague(and pod)
-S-AFC
-450cc injectors
-resistor box and wire connectors to hook up
-stealthmode oil line kit plus x2 extra oil braded hose to run one up to the firewall to get the oil sensor off the block and the other to extend the stealthmode one to reach to my turbo from the firewall and some more connectors for the oil lines)
-valve cover breather air filter
-coolant lines for the turbo, 4 clamps, and x2 T's to tap into stock coolant lines
-manual boost controller
-Air filter for turbo
-x8 grade 8 bolts to hook turbo up to Manifold and dp to turbo
-new oil pan gasket
-new head gasket
total cost
$1220

Ty man, thanks for the info helps soooo much, can I use the stock oil pan

Yeah man I hear ya' your just lookin for a little help, but everything that you ask for is already on this post. have you thought of purchasing an already homemade kit. There are lots of kits on this site for around 300-400 bucks. Not bad....and should be considered.

there are alot of projects at that site and ALOT of info. Pretty much everything you need to know. And you said you wanna know little things such as fuel managament, thers alot of that info in the forums section. Your thread started as you wanted to know everything that you needed, now, its how do I do it....Man, its all on this site, look around alot more, then ask questions.

I hope I didnt come accross as a ********, I didnt mean to be.

heh np man, and I have been researching, it's just lots of these projects differ from what parts they have used to how they decided to install it, see what I'm sayin man =) but thanks for everyones help and if I did come off as it seeming that way, It's just because I dont know enough to just start building mine, I prefer to learn things before I do them so I don't ---- up and waste money =)

Yeah man I hear ya! In your case, I would buy someone elses old set-up. Buy it, you will probably get a mani, turbo, IC, BOV, check this out...

not to bad, and a really, really nice start. you can get lines/adapter plates and such from the dealers in the for sale section of HMT. You will have maybe 500 bucks in the system.

I wish I had 500 bucks.

lol, Yea I wish I did too =) but thanks man you did come off as a dick head at first, but thanks for understanding =) just hard to be new to a forum and try to meet everyones expectations. and try to not sound so needy =) ty for everything man

Hey man, im a newb to, and im not afraid to admit it... i am not boosted yet, (funds)
I have got my hands in on a few kits, and swaps and such, but im still a newB. im not a newb to hondas though. SO....with that said, I am here to help, along with everyone else on this site.....
