I don't think turbo really need that much PSI, I was thinking about installing a factory volvo oil cooler just to drop the presure from using the oil sender unit.

You can over oil your turbo and bust the oil seals in it.

yeah i realize that so i turned it down to half the speed and now get about 23 psi. i think that should be about perfect. thanx for the input though

If you are really worried about the pump, you can get a Tilton Differential Fluid pump. The only downside is price ~180US. It's one of the best pumps to use for oil sump setups.
