Dyno Results, come see.

ok, got it dynoed today, and basically it did nothing! I'm pissed and very discouraged! :-\ I have a d16z6, t25, dsm 450 injectors, S-AFC, (not afc hack, but hooked up just like the manual says) and 8 psi. ANY ways, First run on the dyno I ran 158.8 whp and 155.6 torque and then he retarded my timing and I ran a 161.8 whp and 150.9 torque, not that bad of numbers, BUT BUT BUT, i'm running a 9:1 fuel ratio!! I'm gonna screw up engine with TOO much fuel, I should be closer to 12:1! I'm very discouraged and sick of spending $ on this stupid car! So, the guy at the dyno (pyan technology Troy, MI) said I should either sell the afc, and buy a Hondata...or get a FMU, put the stock injectors back in and keep the afc. What should I DO? I ahve NOOOOOO idea, i'm too discouraged to think straight!
also, my settings on the S-AFC are Hi -40% all the way across and Lo -50% @1000 & 2000Rpms, -44% at 3000 and 40 all the way across from there.

get your p28 chipped and run uberdata...just as good as hondata but without the bluebox.

if you're not running the hack, then what are you running for management ???

obviouly nothing. I don't know enough about it, I thought i did...but guess not. What do you suggest, hack or FMU . And do you think the 450's are too big for my turbo? heres a decent FMU http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...904124742&rd=1
also do I need a missing link check valve?

I would check more into getting the afc to work right. It should not be doing that. Or chip the ECU, better than hondata and cheaper.

I know nothing about chipping the ecu, not even a clue

You are running the AFC hack...noob.
The hack is just the afc installed as the manual says, but you put the values to negative and run bigger injectors

reguardless, I'm running too rich. Even at idle it's set at -50%...the most it will correct for, and it's still runnig at like 1:1 or 10.5:1, that's still to rich! I got this out of the FAQ No fuel pressure regulator is needed. No upgraded fuel pump should be required. This setup is normally god for ~10psi

that turbo is tiny as ---- and your only runing 8psi, what more do u want. 160 to the wheels isnt too bad. a stock z6 will only put about 105 to 110 to the wheels. your got abouta 50hp increase with 8psi which sounds about right. YOUR NEED MORE BOOST! especially if your runing rich. turn it up and even out your a/f ;)

I think he is happy with the numbers, his problem is the fuel really. 161hp and 150 tg are decent numbers
