10.5 is way to rich IMO...get it close to 12 flat and you're good...with a dyno tune they should be able to take it to 12.5 .
But maybe they didn't want you to go past 200 hp on a D-series. They me be scared to blow your engine up.

Defintley tuned on the safe side. Good #'s no reason to push it.
