dual walboro pump ?

dual walboro pump ?
i am building my car and i have one walboro 255 intank, im looking for around 500 hp on my set up. Do i need to put another in line pump or will one pump do the job? Some people say that i need to run two pumps. Some people say that one is fine. I was wondering if anyone can give me any feed back on this. Thanks

Ive seen a dual walbro setup on an EVO, was quite the complicated (and probably unreliable) mess
One 255 HP pump wired with thicker wire straight from the battery would do just fine from a few setups Ive seen though
Go much higher and start looking into some sumps n such
