Default DSM manifold question

anyone here know if a 1g DSM manifold bolts up to a D block? i've heard yes's, no's,and maybe's....but no definite answer. i would assume not since everyone uses HF's/STD's on their D blocks...but just thought i would ask and see if i could save myself some hassle.

well it will if you cut the orginal head plate off. and re weld a new one..

I will give you a definate answer... NO

its way to long, and the ports are not even close to line up. F/H series have a better shot at this than B or D-series.

which is why if it worked i would've gotten one off a 2g. the 2g is like a 1g manifold already ported and the flange on the collectore is exactly the same

hm, i have a friend who could make me the head plate and cut/weld the new one on for nothing...but it's really not worth it. i'll just use the HF manifold. easier to make the adapter plate than to get a new manifold and screw with it.
