Is it possible to run a d16y7 turboed without replacing injectors? Running low boost like 5PSI? or how long will it take for my motor to ---- up if i dont replace after the turbo install?

yes you can do it. would i reccomend it? no.
its probably the least reliable way to turbo your car.
even at 5psi you can blow your motor without a good tune.
get your ecu chipped. its not that expensive.

your car whould hardly run on 450cc injectors. the ecu whould have to be retuned to compisate for the larger injectors
