The "lost DSM boy" is gonna get lost in the DPFI-MPFI swap that will be your big obsticle (even thought its pretty easy) in doing your setup.

5psi feels ok, 14b's spool rather fast on a honda d16/d15's, remember 5psi would feel like nothing on your dsm. You may want to add a intercooler to your list, especially with just a FMU. I'd run a 8:1 or 10:1 disc, FMU's cost about 60-125 on ebay.

dude you must have some serious work done to that crx, b16 destroyer is your name, you are sending challenge to a talon, thats one series of cars I dont mess with, 1g eclipse, and talon. my friend have one that smoke every challenger, he had including fully built v8's, so whats your set up? I dont doubt you will beat him, but if you can, nuff respect.

hey, don't mean to dig up an old thread...

no, I don't have a white 1g with a 2.4l 4g63/64 hybrid. sorry and if a fully built stroker with a 100shot of Nitrous can't beat an 11 sec miata, that guy needs help driving/tuning. Mildly built 2.4l's without nitrous are running deep 11's...

As far as the IC goes, I am going to be using the Talon SMIC.

For MPFI: me and a friend were thinking about this: PW0 or PR3 ECU with all the fun MPFI resistor box crap, and then the 2 vtex wires. Im thinking these ECUs because my friend says they are from Vtec motors (?) and that way I shouldn't need an SAFC to add more fuel for vtec.

Also as far as the "you'll want more than 5psi" thing. I agree, but I do have the self controll to hold myself back. Its a daily driver that sees about 35 miles a day. Im confidant that 5psi will be enough to keep me happy until the talon is running. then I'll have 25psi
