Yeah that happened to me once. After the install, where I lost a lot of coolant when I pulled the lines off, I forgot to fill it back up.

Hey El Leprechaun,

I know you're new and all, but I would highly recommend you don't bash the regulars on this board. Please keep your comments to yourself. We aren't discouraging you from being a member of HMT.. All I'm saying is knock the ---- off with you bashing our full time members before everyone comes in and flames you out.

----, leave the bullshit to General Discussion.. I don't play that game in here.

I'll leave your posts up for a day so you can see what's up, then I'll delete them.

That has never happened to me :). To prevent anything like this from happening, I bought a bottle of Red Line Water Wetter and pour it into the radiator. They claim it improves the cooling capabilities of the water/coolant, and it will lower the engine temperature by about 25 to 30 degrees 8). Just ask any auto store in your area. Cost about $6 to $7. Just follow the instructions on the bottle ;).

Just ordered je pistons, eagle rods, skunk2 cams and bock guard. Hope it don't blow before these go in. Boostin 16psi when I get these parts installed. I had air bubbles in my cooling system, I didn't vent it after I disconnected the coolant line from the throttle body so problem solved. ;D Thanks for everyones help. I don't mean to have posted so many times in the last week quadnie, I just want to learn all I can since my car got boost now. ;D
