I'm no Doc Boost, but you need to read the New User FAQ's and look at all of the tech projects. Its hard to make a list and a step-by-step for everyones application, you kinda have to figure out what you need and in which direction you are going, as in intercooled or not, what kind of engine management you can afford, there's a lot of variables. I'm sure Doc Boost will agree.

Like Xplocivic said, read the FAQ.

That turbo should work great on your motor since it was used for 2.2/2.5 Chrysler motors. Every setup is going to be different and it would be really hard to tell you exactly what you need. If you look around the tech pages and look closely at everybodys setup you will learn a lot about what parts you might need. The tech pages should give you an idea of what the install will require.

BTW, there are a lot of people with more knowledge of turbos here than me. I just mod this forum and have a catchy name.

So when you gave me that ---- exam, you didn't really know what you were doing? Ahh Hell, it felt good anyway. I'll be in next week for my "oil check-up"

here is a list of things we used for a D series motor.

1x 1ft pc braided SS line.
1x 3ft pc braided SS line.
4x 1/8" NPT ReUsable ends for SS line.
2x 1/8" NPT T-Fittings.
2x 1/8" NPT Swivels
1x 1/8" NPT Fem-Fem coupler

this is the oil feed line.
the 1ft pc comes out of the sending unit hole on the block using the fem-fem coupler & a swivel (on 1.5L D series it's above the oil filter, not beside it like on B series) T's into the feed line & sending unit, feed swivel on feed line, swivel on turbo, 3ft pc runs to the turbo.

the second T fitting is only required if you're running an oil pressure gauge.

the oil return line was manufactured completely from the stock return system on the turbo we used, 1/2" hole in oil pan, 1/2" return line fitting piece from the turbo chopped to about 1" in length and welded to the oil pan, stock hose used to mate the two pieces.

we didn't use any coolant in our setup either, just to eliminate having to run the extra lines.
