I am going to putting on my homemade T25 kit in a few weeks and don't know exactly what I should do for a downpipe. Would a local muffler shop be able to weld directly onto the o2 housing? Any members in PA with a welder want to help me out and weld me up a downpipe?

 

a muffler shop can do it, you have to take the car over there, and put your manifold and turbo on so they can mock it up, and make ya one, the only down fall to that I would say to that is, where the pipe bender bends the pipe, it is going to be smaller there. so you wont have a good flow going threw there. but you can always cut off the kinky bend, and weld in a nice smooth curve. if that makes any sence. where at in pa are you? hope that helps

Well, I'm in Williamsport, which is central PA, 45 minutes north of Harrisburg. Umm, I'd be willing to drive and pay you some cash to weld me up a downpipe if that was possible Whitey. I could pick up that BOV pipe you're making too.

 

I live in Houston tx. but if you were to pay shipping cost here and back I would be more than happy to help you out with welding. Lemme know wuts up.
