Default Down pipe on the right side??? Honda d16 problems

Iv alwasy owned hondas(besides my 350z). Today i picked up a 97 d16 turbo civic. Crappy down pipe and maifold along with a turbo with blown oil seals(smokes). The reast of the car is completly gone over and replaced and repainted. The guy just ran out of money to fix the manifold turbo and downpipe. Im looking to buy all of that now but cant seem to find the right size turbo or even a turbo thatll fit without changing my charge pipe. My turbo is a factory saab turbo. THe down pipe is on the passenger side and the intercooler outlet is against the engine facing down. I cant find waht im looking for and quite frankly waht size turb o i should go with that spools quick enough to burn rubber first two gears but still not max out to fast. Any help is appreciated. And FYI im going to try and replace all with ebay parts trying to stay under 500 for those three parts

You can't just get any t3 and flip it around so the turbine side is on the passenger side?

sure you could. you will just have to clock the T3 so the oil fittings are sitting correctly. im not too sure if this will work with internal WG though.

you shouldn't have any trouble finding everything or under $350 on ebay

mani $75
t3/t4 turbo $130
downpipe $80

all china stuff but oh well.
